About the office
This office is responsible for providing leadership for the Provost's Office and the academic sector in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and technologies to support the effective and efficient management of human resources in academic programs. This office works in partnership with administrators in the schools and academic support entities, the corporate human resources offices and Corporate Payroll Services. The office leads, and/or participates in, human resources projects that may be unit specific or apply to the entire PAMC. In addition, the office provides administrative oversight over the Provost’s faculty affairs unit and maintains faculty records.
Annual processes managed by this office include performance management and salary setting for the management center.
