Scott Franklin is associate director of academic financial services for the Office of the Provost in the Finance and Administration Group. He is the liaison with University Endowment/Investment Accounting and Treasury Offices, University Development and University Budget Office and with Provost Administration Management Center on behalf of Schools and Academic Support units. Scott prepares the cost allocation study to schools and designs and develops financial models and reports that contribute to the financial planning efforts of the Provost’s Office. Before joining the Office of the Provost in 2004, Scott worked with physician practices plans at Duke and UNC for 14 years. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
